By accessing or using Murder Mystery AI (https://www.myaimystery.com or https://app.myaimystery.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service.

Murder Mystery AI provides an AI-powered platform that generates customised, printable murder mystery game packages ("Games"). Each Game is created on demand based on user inputs including theme, tone, player names, and player count. Games are delivered as digital downloadable content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each credit entitles you to generate one complete murder mystery game package.

• Pricing: Credits are sold at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Credit expiry: Credits do not expire. They remain in your account until used.
• Non-transferable: Credits are attached to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

All products sold by Murder Mystery AI are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful generation, your Game package will be available for immediate download from your account dashboard.

Generation typically completes within 1–5 minutes. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 15 minutes. If you experience a generation failure, your credit will be automatically restored.

Our IP

The Murder Mystery AI platform, website design, logo, trademarks, and underlying software are owned by Murder Mystery AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated content licence

When you purchase credits and generate a Game, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to:

• Print and use the Game for personal, private events
• Share the Game with participants at your event

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated Games commercially
• Claim authorship or ownership of AI-generated content
• Use generated content to train competing AI models
• Post generated content publicly online in full

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform or AI outputs
• Circumvent credit requirements through technical means
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murder Mystery AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Murder Mystery AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits at the time of termination for cause (e.g. Terms violation) will be forfeited without refund.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@myaimystery.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
