1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold by Murder Mystery AI are digital goods — specifically, AI-generated, printable murder mystery game packages. Once a game has been successfully generated and delivered to your account, the credit is consumed and the transaction is considered complete.
Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and because each game is uniquely generated on demand for you, we do not offer refunds on successfully delivered games.
We strongly recommend trying our free preview or reading our guides and examples before purchasing to ensure our product meets your needs.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund or Credit
We understand technology isn't perfect. We will issue a full credit restoration or refund in the following circumstances:
Your credit was deducted but no game was generated or delivered. Your credit will be automatically restored, or you can contact us if it isn't.
You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
A charge was made to your account that you did not authorise. Contact us immediately and we will investigate.
In rare cases where AI-generated content is completely corrupted, blank, or fundamentally broken (not simply not to your taste), contact us with details and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
3. What Is Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Games that were successfully generated but did not meet personal preferences or expectations
- Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated storyline, characters, or content style
- Accidental purchases of credits
- Unused credits on account (credits do not expire and remain usable)
- Issues caused by your own printing equipment or software
- Change of mind after purchase
We describe our product clearly on our website — including example themes, tones, and content style — to help you make an informed purchase decision before buying.
4. How to Request Support
If you believe you qualify for a credit restoration or refund under Section 2, please contact us at support@myaimystery.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of the transaction
- Description of the issue
- Any screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours and resolve eligible cases within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we genuinely want to resolve any issues and will work with you to find a fair solution.
